Thank you for Choosing Kreated2BNatural LLC . Please allow 3-5 business day to process your orders. Once your order has been marked as 'shipped,' we are no longer able to make any changes to your shipping address or order. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to clarify any changes.
Kreated2BNatural guarantees the delivery of products to the address provided at the time of purchase. If the customer fails to provide the correct address at the time of purchase, Kreated2BNatural LLC will not be held liable or required to issue a refund for lost packages. Please make sure you enter the correct address before hitting 'submit'. If you notice a discrepancy prior to your item being shipped, please contact us at support@kreated2Bnatural.com. If your package is returned to us, Kreated2BNatural LLC will contact you to set up a re-delivery. Additional shipping & handling costs may be required.
Due to the nature of our products, once an order has been marked 'DELIVERED,' we do not issue refunds. We cannot refund any 'DELIVERED' packages.
EXCHANGE POLICY: This also means that Kreated2BNatural LLC will be unable to accept any exchanges for our products. This includes any products that have been opened and used.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be sure to email email@example.com within 5-7 days of delivery. We do not provide returns/exchanges beyond 5-7 days. If you received the wrong item(s), please email us. We understand things happen and issues may occur. Please contact us as soon as you are made aware of any issue with your order and we will gladly work with you to resolve it.
